Ariel, there is a cute guy standing behind you. He’s teal too, the colour I wanted for the first baby-daddy. You should turn around say hi!

Ariel: “He’s cute, but he’s no Mitzi.

I know dear, I miss Mitzi too. However, other than you, the sims in this legacy cannot have been created by me.

Ariel: “Ugh. Fine…

Ariel: “Okay, what do all of the best resumes have? I need to put down Name, Education, Job Experience, and Hobbies, right?”

Name: Ariel Lovebird
Education: High School Diploma from Community School for the Gifted
Job Experience: None…unless you count pet-sitting.
Hobbies: Writing, painting, video games.

Ariel: “Damn, this is awful.”

Here is my plan for my Sims 3 legacy!

I am starting with a white berry version of my simself. I have dubbed her Ariel Lovebird for this legacy. I’m starting in Sugar Valley, but the family might move some where else eventually.

I am starting with just the base game for the legacy because I’m not installing all of the expansion packs right away. I own all of the Sims 3 expansions, so I might install one every few generations or so. This means that I will be playing the first few gens with only the base game. I will still be using some CC though!

All of the other sims that will be added to the family will never be made my me. So this means that I need to either roll a random sim in CAS, use one made by another simmer, or choose a sim that is in town. I will change outfits, hairstyles, and stuff like that when I need to. I also plan on berry-fying vanilla sims if I have to, but if I do I’m going base their colours on their eye colour or even the clothing they were wearing when I found them.

I haven’t decided how long the legacy is going to go. I want to get to at least ten generations, but I might go even further than that if I’m still enjoying the family!

I’m also going to try by best to keep this legacy from being as happy-go-lucky as my other legacies. This might be hard though because I suck at creating believable conflict, lol.

I wanted to do a cute thing showing off the Pain and Grey families. This shows the Pains from TS3 and how they moved on with the new family into TS4. =)

You can see exactly when I had just gotten into berry sweet/rainbow sims and then when had to go back to a more vanilla style almost right away to accommodate the start of TS4. =p

By the way, if you’re interested in the Pain family, you can find them at my old simblr.
