This could have been a cute family dinner scene. No one could seem to decide what to do with Kale despite me asking them several times to put him in his chair. Porcelain, meanwhile, decided that hanging out alone in the playroom was a much better use of her time. Those Sims, I tells ya. >_>

Kelsi: “Judging by his future appearance, Kale is approved to restart your colony.”
Elliot: “Great!”
Kelsi: “The laws will be more strict this time. If your family fails to create a suitable heir during his generation, they will be plucked from the planet and sent to prison.”
Porcelain: “We understand.”
Kelsi: “I certainly hope you do. Prison is no place for soft aliens like yourselves, Cloud family.”
Kelsi: “Mr. and Mrs. Cloud, I hope you understand how seriously we take colonization here.”
Porcelain: “I’ve heard a bit about it, yes.”
Kelsi: “Then you should know that the Cloud family is guilty of uniformity, desaturation, and repetition. These are all offenses that are punishable by law.”
Porcelain: “Oh… No, I didn’t know that much.”
Kelsi: “It was recommended to me that we put Kale up to The Mirror and let his genetics be the final deciding factor on what we’re to do with you all.”
Porcelain: “The Mirror?”
Kelsi: “Yes. You’re not familiar with it?”
Elliott: “No.”
Kelsi: “It will show us what Kale will look like when he has grown up. It is a reflection of the future itself!”
Kelsi: “Mr. and Mrs. Cloud?”
Elliot: “Yes?”
Kelsi: “Would you both step into my office, please?”
Lydia: “Don’t worry about Kale. I’ll sit here with him while you three chat.”
It’s Eden’s day today, but the Cloud family is already awake and starting their day. It’s still only 8:43 sim-time, so we’re still kicking off the sim rotation now.
Much like the Legendary family, I want to change the way I post Cloud family screenshots. I figured this would be the perfect time for a reintroduction of the Cloud family members thus far. This is a gameplay legacy family with the occasional story.
The goal of this family is:
(1) Get through the alphabet from A-Z with each new generation. A to E were in The Sims 3 and F to K have been in The Sims 4.
(2) New Goal – Cycle through each family member each in-game day. Grant each sim’s wishes, work towards completing aspiration goals, and follow the sim to work/school for that day.
(3) New Goal – Try to gain family members that look as zany as possible.
Unlike the Legendary family, I won’t be writing the wish the sim is accomplishing right on the screenshot. I’m going to write it in the description instead. I’m doing it this way for the Clouds to compare it to the Legendary family to see which way I like better. Typing the wish in the description will be less work but it might not be as fun, which is why I am torn.
An old goal I had forgotten about that I’m bringing back is:
(3) Each heir must look more like the new sim brought into the family. For example, if Blue Cloud Heir marries Red Love Interest, the next heir must look more like Red Love Interest. (For the current gen, I think Kale fits the bill, so he’ll be the heir. However, I’m going to be less lenient with Kale’s children.)
