I got the dreaded pop-up saying that Axel and Misty don’t have a lot of time left, so I had them retire. They never did reach the top of their careers, but I’m going to try again with the next gen.

I cannot get over how old Axel looks. I’m going to cry like a baby when he passes away. T_T
Cirrus said some quick good byes before moving out with his new wife and child. I’m sure this isn’t the last we’ll be seeing of Cirrus. I’m bound to find a use for him in a challenge or something one day. =)
Misty: “Our babies are starting to leave the nest and it’s making me feel sad. I didn’t think it would be happening so soon.”
Axel: “It’s alright, sweetheart. They’ll never be too far away to visit and I’ll always be here with you.”
Misty: “Don’t be a stranger, Luna. You and your new family are welcome to come over any time you like.”
Luna: “Thanks, Mom.”
Luna: “Dad, this is your new…Eden, can you please get out of the way and let Dad see his grandson?”
I’m briefly interrupting Cirrus’ story because time for Axel and Misty to age up to elders!
Whim: Give self a pep talk.
Misty: “Misty, you cannot let the death of your co-worker bring you down. People die all the time…especially in your line of work. Besides, you didn’t even know her name.”
Axel finally caught a fish! I am so proud of him. =)
